Eric Illowsky started Re-Inventive Real Estate after realizing clients needn't be burdened at early stages with two separate advisors. With both licenses, Eric and his team can speak to all of it. Mr. Illowsky has more than 30 years of negotiation and management experience, having trained hundreds of salespeople and other executives during his career.

Eric has business degrees from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Mr. Illowsky is a co-founder of SyFy (formerly The SciFi Channel) and Broadway.com, among others.

Needing a career change for more personal freedom, Eric chose real estate as the most direct, real way to exercise his abilities on behalf of people changing their lives – few people realize until they are deep-in that the home search process has serious pitfalls at most every turn that can derail your efforts, again and again. Because we're knowledgeable, we often fix all that when others can't. We also save deals, when others can't. We are problem solvers at our cores.

Good Management Counts

Agent Qualifications – All of our agents must have both the mortgage and real estate licenses, as a demonstration of capability, dedication, and intellect. They have fiduciary duties to you under both occupations – like a lawyer or doctor, we are bound to act in your best interests. Nobody here has less than X years experience in each field. They are all proven performers.

Division of Labor – Our agents don’t do paperwork because they shouldn’t. Their job, when they’re not interacting or otherwise helping clients, is to take ongoing update trainings, be accountable, and attend meetings internally and at industry events, to learn and improve connections to front-end and back-room resources. Others do the paperwork.

Supervision – We prefer our agents to maintain about a 50/50 ratio between working with existing, and prospective, clients, for our best mix of customer service and business development, and if an agent strays too far, we help them adjust. We provide leads from our advertising, so they need not call anyone from scratch and follow up under our policies and procedures.
